Below features a series of personal projects beginning in 2017, which was the year I crowdfunded my first public exhibition (At Land and Sea, 2017), an audiovisual gallery show and collaborative project between myself and sound artist Joe Davin. The focus at this time was mainly on the cultural history of the English landscape which I tended to explore through text, sound, photographs and research into the folk history of specific rural sites surrounding my then home in Sussex (The Devil and the Downs, 2017-2020).
